Why is data in a Non Cumulative Key Figure not visible?

Hi all of you,

I have created a cube which has a char StorLocation and a Non cumulative key figure Stock which has 2 cumulative key figures Inflow and Outflow.

After loading the data, it is there in the PSA table but when I view the contents of the cube by right clicking on the cube and selecting Manage then I am getting only the headings and no data. Why is it so?

When we create a cube with Non cumulative key figure is it only the data in the Non cumulative key figures that are not visible or the entire contents of the cube including characteristics are not visible? Can any one please explain?

Also why is it not visible?

Anly non cumulative KF should be not visible; all ather KF or char shuold be visible.

Check your load, is it OK?

Lokk at the request number of record loded?

Thank you for the quick reply.

strange but now I am checking the contents of the cube I am getting all the data in the cube except NCKFs. So fine till here.

But now when I am executing the same cube in BEx I am getting this error, "Abort System error in program CL_RSR_RRK0_AVI_WEIGHT and form GETE_DELTA_1-01-"

I took Inflow, Outflow (Both cumulative key figures) and Stock (Non cumulative key figures) in columns and Store location (char) in row. Then when I execute the query after saving it I am getting this error. But if I don't take Stock then the query is getting executed.

Can you plz explain me what's happening here?

The query contains non-cumulative values with AV1 or AV2 exception aggregation.

Solution

In urgent cases, you can use the correction instructions. You CANNOT use transaction SNOTE to implement them. Deactivate the Modification Assistant for the RSRDUMMY include and do not enter any comments in RSRDUMMY. Rows to be deleted must actually be deleted and new rows must start in the correct column. Blank lines also have a detrimental effect. Make sure that the system does not insert a return after 72 characters.

Thank you for your reply. That explains a sort of what the error is? But I don't have access to an access key. So I don't think I can do much about it. Also can you plz tell me how do I check SAP Notes 617627,624604 & 954660.

I have checked my validity table /BIC/LSTOK_MVMT. Actually I have not understood the concept of validity table with reference to NCKFs. So can you please explain me that.

My validity table mentioned above is showing me 6 columns with 4 rows.

Col 1 - SID_0REQUID has 0, 0, -1, -1 in each row.

Col 2 - SID_STORLOC has 2, 3, 2, 3 in each row.

Col 3 - SID_0CALDAY_F has 20.061.104 in all the 4 rows. AND

Col 4 - SID_0CALDAY_T has 20.061.105 in all the 5 rows.

The dates are actually 4th November 2006 and 5th November 2006. I don't understand why its coming like 20.061.104 INSTEAD of 2006.11.04

Col 5 ModeFrom is empty and so is Col 6 ModeTo.

My cube has the following data.

STORLOC 0CALDAY INFLOW OUTFLOW

S2 05.11.2006 10,000 20,000

S1 05.11.2006 5,000 10,000

Now plz explain me why were you asking me to check my validity table? And what is purpose in general while dealing with Non Cumulative Key Figures?

You will get data for the cumulative key Figs. the Values of the Non Cum KF is calculated at runtime in the Query.

Have you selected the Keys that you need to display ??
