Hello all!
I am running Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 (current updates) .... Crystal Reports 2013 SP9 (current updates)... and recently participated in a company upgrade to Office 365 ProPlus, subscription. Office version 16.0.6965.2117... Outlook 2016 version 16.0.6925.1049 All 32 bit. My problem is that after the Office upgrade, I lost my export MAPI destination in Crystal.
1) Is Outlook 2016 MAPI compliant with CR2013? Or is this an expected break?
2) If I upgrade to CR2016SP3, will the export MAPI destination come back?
3) If I upgrade to CR2016 and MAPI does not come back, do I have any other options when it comes to "sending and email" within Crystal?
thanks!

Hi Beth,
I had the same problem. We also updated to 365 and lost the MAPI ability in both CR Designer and SDK's. The work around is to install the Office 2010 SDK package.
A quick Google search for the info:
