Cannot change category service request

Hi all,

I noticed that I cannot edit the category of an existing service request in SAP CRM on premise.

I checked in spro and normally the configuration is set correctly to change the catalog.

Are we missing something in SPRO?

Hi Arian,

Maybe it's a result of some enhancement. Can you add the parameter WCF_IGNORE_ENHANCEMT as 'A' in your user parameters settings and try again? You can also check if you have any BADI implementation for BADI CRM_ORDER_FIELDCHECK / CRM_ORDER_FIELDCHECK_NEW.
