Hi,
The answer from 2009 on how to get rid of the unwanted registration watermark did not work for me I have a licensed version of CR2008 that exports old reports (oracle 8i) using a jdbc connection. I mounted the directory where the CRConfig.xml file is located - it has a keycode in it. The reports export fine, but with the watermark in the footer.
Additional detail:
I created a Java application to export Crystal Reports to PDF in NetBeans. I downloaded this CR JRC which is working successfully: http://downloads.businessobjects.com/akdlm/crystalreportsforeclipse/1_0/crystalreports-javasdk-11.8.8.zip.
This is not installed on the machine but rather I used the jar files in our non-eclipse built application as advised by the download documentation.
Now I am getting a watermark in my PDF exports that says: “Register for FREE at www.businessobjects.com/eclipe to remove this message.”
This link is old and no longer there. How do I stop this watermark from appearing in my PDF exports?
Thanks,
Jim
