i'd like to know if in SRM 5.5 is possible to disable all the warnings about "Material availability check".

Hi Andrea,
In standard, the material availability is driven by the FM B31I_MATERIAL_AVAILABILITY.
If you want to deactivate the checks (errors or not), you will have to do it via a development.
