Stock discrepancy Note for items received

Hello Sirs,

1. Is it possible in Standard SAP to create stock discrepancy note for items

received with wrong specification or different part no./excess quantity etc.

2. Is there any option in Standard SAP to route this discrepancy note to the

buyer/planner for action.

If the mateial is subjected to QM , notification can be sent from QM to the buyer .

If not , manual notifcation can be sent to the concerned people . For this notification type has to configured from QM or PM to make use of.

Hello Yoga,

You might want to try the mail message MLUD: It is for for underdelivery at GR (when the GR quantity is lower than the ordered quantity in the PO).

This e-mail is sent internally to the buyer via SAPOffice.

Other output types can be found in the IMG activity documentation for:

Materials Management -> Inventory Management and Physical Inventory ->

Output Determination -> Maintain Output Types.
