How to settle internal order with previous period items for AUC orders?

Hi,

I have an Internal Order with some items which pertains to previous years (eg. 2015,2016). Now to create a completed asset I need to first settle this Internal order which will create a completed asset.

But, system is giving an error saying to settle the previous period item. Since all the previous periods are closed i cannot settle this internal order.

Is there any way to settle this order?

Hi, you can settle the previous "settlement period" to the current "posting period". E.g. Current period is 2, you can enter Settlement period = 1 and posting period 2 during settlement of your Internal Order.
