Solved: Database connect error with no error code - SAP Community

I created a report with a subreport which works fine inside the CRYSTAL REPORT. But when I loaded to CR viewer using C#, I get the following error:

DataBase Connector Error: ""

Failed to retrieve data from the database.

Error in file xxxxx.rpt

Database Connector error

Can anyone help me on this?

I have verified that. It confirming the database is uptodate. It has a subreport which is also verified.

The datatype from the C# code and the CR parameter doesnt matched. Hence the error. fixed it and resolved the issue

Hi ,

Did you checked the DB error logs ? And this sap notes maybe helpful "1732204 - Error: "Error in File ~tmpxxx.rpt: Database Connector Error"
