Default Operations In Work Order

Hi,

I have scheduled about 100 single cycle maintenance plans via running a batch job & program RISTRA20.

However the batch job ran successfully and order created in the system. By default when order gets generated via scheduling of the plan, only 1 line item (0010) comes in operations tab of the order but in my case 2 line items (0010 & 0020) are coming by default in order which gets generated via maintenance plan with same description.

Please let me know why its coming twice, it should be only 1 time by default

Its ok Pete. I resolved it, I untick the notification check box in SPRO - Define notification and order integration settings.

Are you using and plan/order developments? If so, then deactivate them and retest.

I also remember seeing an old OSS Note with a similr issue - so have a look on OSS too.
