CRM header - 0crm_oppt_h - enhanced fields are not getting value in BW system

Dear Experts,

I have enhanced the data source 0CRM_OPPT_H

When I try to pull the data from dev - source system the enhanced fields are getting populated with data.

When I try to pull the data from Qual - source system the enhanced fields are not getting populated.

BW system landscape BW (Dev) <--> source (Dev) and

(Dev) <--> source (Qual).

Also my observation is when I load data from source - Quality to BW from the item data source 0CRM_OPPT_I it populates the data to the enhanced fields.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

Dear All,

Issue has been resolved.

Assigned the authorization roles to the backend user in quality system same as development system.

Steps Followed:

In the source system used the t.code SM37 and provide the Job name as '*REQU*' and User name as '*'.

you will get Job created by 'XXXXXX' - this is the user used in backed to pull the data from source to BW system.

Find the same in quality system as well.

Then compare the authorization roles in the tcode SU01D

In my case roles were missing. It has been assigned now.

In case of Item data source it is not there.

Is there any issue in this?

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, already I have checked RSA3 in quality source system and data is coming there.

All the enhanced fields are available in BW systems. Replicated many times and tried but not getting the data.

Hi,

Can you please confirm whether you are able to see those enhanced field values in RSA3 of your Quality source system. If it is not coming in RSA3 also please transport all objects once again.

If values are appearing in RSA3 can you please replicate the datasource once again in BW and confirm.
