it all depends how do you manage memory withing SAP environment. Do you configure each parameter indyvidually or rather use Zero Memory Management.
Good start is to firstly check PHYS_MEMSIZE parameter (it should have amount of your RAM memory available on the server - assuming this server works only as SAP Application Server).
