Hi experts,
We have accounts, and prospect accounts in C4C.
In ERP, we replicate only the accounts, not the prospect.
There is a case where we want to request external pricing for prospect customer.
Not for sales org/Customer etc, but Sales Org / Material.
They (materials) do exist in the system.
Is it possible?

Hi Christoforos,
you need to use a dummy account in ERP for this as the account is mandatory. Since you won't have an ID mapping for prospects in place, you could fill the dummy account in CPI in case ERP account ID is not filled by C4C (which will always be the case for prospects in your case)...
Cheers, Marcus

Hello All,
What Marcus said is te correct approach, We have done that in our system. However we do this logic not in CPI but directly in S4.
However this still a workaround, For a proper solution , please see below way of replicating Prospect also in ERP.
Once propsect is replicated in ERP, u can create/simulate Sales Quote in ERP and get the pricing.

Hi Christoforos,
I have the same question. Did you find a solution for this? Do I have to use a dummy Customer number from ERP which I insert into the Mapping as fixed value when C4C account is not replicated to SAP yet?
We need this because there is following process: Salesmen create quotations for prospects in C4C (and want to use pricing). After prospect accepts quotation, the prospect is replicated with SAP and then quotation gets transferred to SAP.
Thanks,
Stefan
