S/4 Hana - HCM Solution for a New Customer ( Implementation)

Hi ,

Good Day !

* I would like to know whether we can run HCM (on-premise ) in S/4 Hana (or) Should we go only for sucess factors as HCM - Solution .

* Will Time Management & Payroll process will be same or any difference ,while running on-premise S/4 Hana.

Please do update your views on this .

Hi:

You can perfectly run HCM on promise in S/4 Hana.... PA30 doesn't change at all. But sometime before 2025 you should be moving to SFSF cloud.

It has been mentioned that new SAP customers should go for Sucess Factors as HCM solution.
In reference to the SAP note : 2273108 , both the on-premise & Cloud will be supporting.
