How do you re-new your "SAP Maintenance" to continue supports from SAP support portal?

Please share your practice to get quotation to re-new the SAP annual maintenance.

I'm in Thailand, last year I purchased PowerBuilder 12.6 from Novalys (SAP's partner). Today, my SAP account is going to expire and I would like to re-new the "SAP maintenance", I contacted to Novalys's Sales rep to get quote but sales rep replied I need to direct contact to SAP to purchase annual support. so far, I tried many times to contact/chat with support agencies but still could not get the right channel to purchase service from SAP.

The last I heard SAP would be ending support for PB 12.6 in January 2018. My impression is that they have already transferred most PowerBuilder staff to other products.

I think you should just pre-purchase PB 2017 from Appeon and not waste your money with SAP.
