Hi All,

I have a question, we are extracting data from ECC. The table ODQDATA_F is so huge. Please answer my questions below. We extract data from ECC to BW on HANA.

1) Is this table similar to PSA requests where all the requests sit in this ?

2) How to identify which extractors are creating requests in this table ?

3) Can we delete the entries in this ODQDATA_F table ? Is it like deleting data or just the requests.

4) If we have the requests sitting in the PSA table ? What is the ODQDATA_F and why is it so huge ? I have seen in SDN that the entries extracted through BODS will make requests here. But hardly we extract data through BODS and this is not related to BODS entries I believe.

5) my main confusion is the releation between PSA table and this ODQDATA_F. If the request is sitting in PSA, why should it come here again ?

Please adivse.

I know this answer is 10 months too late, but it can be useful to other people using search engines.

Answer can be found at SAP note 1836773 - How to delete outdated entries from delta queues - SAP Data Services
