Deletion of request id based on auhtorization

Hi,

We have 4 different R/3 systems and data from these systems will be loaded to One infocube in BI.

Is it possible to grant the authorization for deletion of request from Infocube to respective R/3 system basis guys ?

For expample, I have loaded the following requests.

Source system Req no

ABC 1

DEF 2

The basis guy for ABC R/3 system must be able to the request 1 only.

Any Suggestion ?

Hello Nilesh,

1.Instead of deleting a request manually, can you try to delete using process chain ? In process chain, deletion, we can specifiy the conditions for deletion, which source system/ etc etc .

2. If the deletion is thru process chain, there is no need to grant deletion authorizations to individual basis guys.

Sometimes they need to delete the request mannualy without process chain.

In this case, you can write your own routine to identify the request to be deleted.

Pls explore the delete request ID process in RSPC.

You can give authorization to delete based on a cube, but not on request id
