where do we select FI_GL_2 datasource in LO and how to extraction ?

No need to go to LO Cockpit.
1. Activate the datasource in R/3
2. Replicate Datasource to BW
3. Assign Datsource to the relevant infosource and do the extraction via infopackage.

0FI_GL_2 follows timestamp mechanism of extraction - LO extraction is different. You can install relevant business content in source system and in BW and then pull data directly to through infopackage - there are no intermediate steps.
