Hi ,
When i created a contact person in CRM it does not flow in to R/3 system?
Can any body explain step by step ..how i need to check flow of contact person information between these systems,Plz help on this issuse....?
Thanks&Regards,
Vasu...
Hi Vasu,
The answer of your question is very simple. When you create a contact person in the transaction BP it will not flow to R/3 because the persons does not exist in R/3 without a relationships.
But when you create a relationship of the contact person with some Org BP you can see the contact person details in the R/3 Customer in contact person tab.
Hope this will clearify your doubt.

Hi Vasu,
In order to send the data form CRM system you need to tell the CRM that where you want to send the data (i.e SITE), Then also you need to tell the system what all data you want to send ( i.e SUBSCRIPTION) As mentioned by Fredric.
Also check for any filter in the transaction R3AC1 for the object CUSTOMER_REL.

Hi vasu,
Try the below. I got it from one of the threads. It should work
Goto transaction R3AR2.
Create new entries.
give some req name say Z_BUPA_REL.
adapter object - BUPA_REL.
On left panel goto request detail
create new entries
tab name - BUT050.
field name - PARTNER2
OPTION - EQ
LOW your contact person(with leading zeros if any)
Save this request.
Goto transaction R3AR4.
Give request name that you created earlier.
source - select CRM site name from dropdown
destination - select R/3 site name from dropdown
Execute the request.
This should transfer your relationship to R/3.
