Hi all,
I have a question.
We have VL71 transaction to process output types of deliveries outside the delivery document.
Similarly, Do we have any transaction to process the output types of the Sales order other than the VA02 transaction.
Thanks,
Jayant.
Hi Jayant
I am not sure about transaction code for Sales Order print, But there is program SD70AV1A, you can run in SE38 and execute.
Hope it helps.

Srinivas

Hi Srinivas,
Your input helped us, we want to debug the program, That's only for the testing purpose.
Ashish, thanks for the solution regarding the user exits.
Siva, thanks for the input,
Robert, I tried the RSNAST00 earlier but it didn't do any gud to me but thanks for the feed.
Thanks all once again.
SDN really live upto it's best in solving the problems...
Sharath.
you could simply use report RSNAST00 to trigger the output with output type and order numbers. Unfortunately this report doesn't have selection criteria specific to the sales orders.

Hi,
You can use user-exit for this purpose. The following document will be helpful to you.

You can create Z-transaction for this purpose if you find it a must.
Thanks,
Ashish

Hi,
Output processing transactions are enabled for delivery and Invoice because there are activities to be performed (picking, packing, loading, transportation etc.). and also, the logic involves restricting logistics users to view the delivery & invoice documents in SAP. So, a separate t.code for just to output these docs.
however, SO is just recognising an incoming order and the like. Except for order confirmation which can be triggered automatically from the order, there are no subsequent activities like in dely or inv. Hence, there is no t.code for such an action.
Hope, this helps!
Thanks
Siva
