Port conflict between DAA and CI (disp+work.exe)

Hello.

After DAA installation in Windows Server 2012 R2 which is installed ERP CI instance, DAA in MMC is showing yellow color, and it couldn't start with following messages. (smdagent_trace)

[EXCEPTION]
{0}#1#Message :Can't initialize the ConnectionManager

Exception :Message :Address already in use: JVM_Bind (local host unknown, remote port 59804 to address 0.0.0.0)

Exception :java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind (local host unknown, remote port 59804 to address 0.0.0.0)

Root Exception :com.sap.engine.services.rmi_p4.InitializingException: Can't initialize the ConnectionManager

And I noticed disp+work.exe (CI) using port 59804.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
