Issue running Enterprise Alias Manager

I am running Enterprise Alias Manager and the BI Support Tool (V.2.0.7) put in mode Not Running when select the "User types to be modified" and "select groups to modified". The tool don't return info and stay freeze.

Hi James,

Thank you for you update.

I selected the LDAP or SAP; the problem is generated when try to select groups to modify; after check this box, the tool stay in mode "try to connected with cms".

Today i find a "workaround"; when select "WinAD" and select "LDAP" or "SAP", the tool load the groups to modify. But if select only SAP or LDAP, the tool don't works fine. ii clarify that i only have ldap and sap authentication configured not windad.

Hi Geovanni,

I tried to reproduce the issue by selecting only LDAP or SAP and then "Select groups to modify" option, but I was unable to. Are you using the latest 2.0.8 version? If not, please try that.

If you are still having issues, please use the Screen Recorder tool within the BI Platform Support Tool to record the steps to reproduce the issue so that I can understand the workflow better.

Hi, what do you mean put in mode "Not Running"? What authentication type(s) did you select (WinAD, LDAP, and/or SAP)? Do you have any trace logs that you can share?
