How to setup a email Alert in BPF while owner is submitting or manager is rejecting ..

Hi Experts,

I search document on SCN and got few document, Please note i not having much knowledge on BW but i need to setup the email configuration for BPF in BPC .

I am using BPC 10.1 and BW with SAP Log ON 740.

I got below given link .

but the problem is here its not mentioned the steps clearly ..

like

,Activate email notification.

1) Click on the 'edit' button, then, the email template list becomes Edit mode.

2) You can select to activate or deselect to deactivate in the column “Is Active”.

i did this step now my question is how system will understand that this email is for which Models BPF as in my client they have two environment .

and more over how system is understanding that ok this email column is activated now suppose i am having 15 process Instance.

Then which process instance it will be applicable ?

any help that will guide me to set up this mail process on BPF set by step ?

and RSBPCB_MAINTAIN_EMAIL_TMPL details as given below ..

I want to understand that how system is understanding that which email template is belong to which Process Instance of BPF for which model ?
