Webi Prompts in Live Office

Hi,

I want to embed webi document over bex query in MS Powerpoint using Live office. The requirement is to refresh the PPT on demand with prompts so user shall be able to enter the prompt values from the ppt itself.
When I select the webi document, next step is to enter the Key date value. I am unable to understand what date value needs to be entered coz it always gives WSR 00102 error. I am unable to understand what needs to be done to have refresh on demand in ppt and whether this feasible.

if your report is based on BICS connection then it's not possible.This is not enabled yet with BICS connection.

Hi Amit,

Thanks for your input. I was going through some blogs, where in it was mentioned to provide some key date values in the input wizard in live office. I have created webi report and there is no instance, when I click on the web intelligence option in live office, The key date input wizard appears where we are asked to define the key date values. I am unable to understand what is this key date value and is this anything related to the prompts.

Key date is not related with your issue.check page 29 in attached link.

Your prompt conditions are in webi query or coming from BEx query?

Hi Amit,

My prompt conditions are defined in Bex query itself. In live office, I am getting this key date input wizard. I am unable to understand why I am getting this and what needs to be specified as key date values.
