Displaying report in ecxel sheet.

Hi Friends,

I have a requirement,such that i want to display a report 3 char in first 3 columns then 5 keyfigures and again 3 characteristics.Is it possible to display report? If yes, how its possible please give me the steps.

Hi,

This is not possible using standard functionality. A query will always have Characteristics together and Key Figures Together.

But if you are using Web Reports u have the option of using the Table Interface , through which you could do this in the display.

However, kindly note that then this will only be visible in the Web Report and not in Bex.

it is possible with tabular display Function.But Tabular display has its own restrictions. or you can also try with formula variables on characteristics.

Swapping is working as i expected only for Chars but not for Char and key figure combination .

or you may get this using formula variables with replacement path on characteristics and includingthem in KF structure.

you can do it by using the option swap. swap option is available in the context menu of the info object
