Good Day!

We have an issue like Quality stock to unrestricted stock automatically posted(342 movement type) while saving the usage decision in QA11.

Is there any configuration setting in SPRO to default the movement type(342) other than Inventory posting movement types or else do we have to control this via code change.

Looking at your config, I am not very sure how you were able to make MvT 342, as this is not managed like that. This movement to my understanding is more applicable at IM level, and I still feel the stock would be lying in MMBE "Quality" stock and not really had been moved to 'blocked' stock. BTW - are you also using batch management with "restricted/unrestricted use' feature? Are you able to replicate the same in your quality system? If inventory got pushed to Blocked stock because of UD = R, use inspection type 08 and MvT 349, to move the stock again in Quality stock, and then use UD = A. Hopefully that will work.
