for the request of sales order item production order is released ,but the new planned order generated once again after the mrp run .check the requirement list and repeated production display info .(exception :20 cancel process)

Hi Wang,

It looks like the planned order is excess quantity than the required. In your case may be the planned order is within the planning fence, so the MRP run would not automatically delete the planned order.

You simply need to go the the change mode of the planned order and delete the planned order.

May we know the planning strategy for the material, and pls check if the planned order was created by the sales order item or there was another requirement?

thanks for your reply.the material categorty group is z5(Planning without final assembly ),no other request for the material except the sales order item.i consider the question caused due to request delivery date is 2007.12.27. the material is confirmed delivery date is 2007.12.27 on scheduled line.

T-Code: OMP8 to define the reorganization interval.

The reorganization period specifies the key date for the reorganization of the planned independent requirements. The key date is calculated by subtracting the specified time from the current date. The planned independent requirements that lie before the resulting date are reorganized.

i have saw the reorganized interval is not set on the view independent requirement for reorganized iterval via omp8.ithe question is caused by rescheduling horizon . It is 100 workding days about set of reschedling horizon .i have changed it into 400 workding days.the planned order is not generated again.
