Which Web Dynpro CO to select in GP?

Hello, gentlemen!

I'm a newbie in SAP. I need to create some forms, that will exchange data, using Web services (I've already posted some questions, concerning WS and UI forms here). So, the forms must be able to receive and send data.

I've decided to create UI as Web Dynpro views in NWDS (I have SAP NetWeaver 2004s SP7 and NWDS ver. 7.0.07).

What I wonder is:

1) which kind of Web Dynpro I should create in NWDS? Application or DC? What is functional difference?

2) which CO should I create with this Web Dynpro? There're several types available: Web Dynpro Application, Composite Application Web Dynpo Component, or Web Dynpro Component (GP Interface)?

Concerning the latter, I've read all info about those infamous GP APIs - I know they're needed there. But what are the advantages of implementing GP interfaces in Web Dynpro?

Thanx in advance.
