decimal seperator with american keyboard in holland

LS.,

I have an American keyboard with a numeric pad and I live in the Netherlands where we use the dot as the thousand seperator and the comma as the decimal seperator. This gives me the problem that entering a number in a number field using the numeric pad, gives a format error because the decimal seperator I enter via the numeric pad is a dot and SAP needs a comma. In Excel I have the same problem.

I have tried to set my user settings in SAP, but this makes no difference. the dot stays a dot.

I have tried to change the keyboard-type in my Windows-settings to Dutch and this gives me the comma when I press the dot on the numeric pad, so that is fine, but unfortunately, it also changes all other keys to dutch, which makes this solution not usable.

Now I want the dot on the numeric pad to give me a comma, preferably hardcoded.

Can this be done?

Thanks,
