Blank Excel Spreadsheet

How Do Everyone!

When I run my transaction to produce an excel spreadsheet in production,

a blank spreadsheet is created. I am logged in at my PC under my userid.

If someone else logs in my PC under a different userid they also get a

blank spreadsheet. However, if the same user logs in at their own PC

they can produce the spreahseet. I originally thought it was an ABAP issue

but I think it must be something else.

Any ideas anybody.
