Guys,
Here are the errors we are experiencing with the service desk functionality in Solution Manager. If you can help resolve these errors it will be very helpful.
The error when you choose: Help>>Create Support message is:
Customizing for feedback functionality missing
Message no. B~020
This error occurs in all SAP clients.
The following error is the one we get when we try to send information to sap through edit support message in transaction monitor.
Installation number not known in the SAP customer notification system
Message no. DNO157
Can you people help me out to resolve these problems
This error message typically occurs when you haven't set up your installed base yet (trans IB52). This is automatically done via DSWP --> pick your solution (SMSY has to be fully configured first) --> Edit --> Initial Data Transfer for IBase
Once done, you can edit it and assign business partners to each system/client via double-click on system/client, then Goto --> Partner. This is where the system will automatically fill in sold-to-party for you in the service desk message

did you create and or configure:
Logical system names?
RFC's from satteite to SSM and in SSM a back rfc?
Numer range configuret ?
Created and activate a solution in SSM ?
Configured the BCOS_CUST tabel?
Installation number not known in the SAP customer notification system
Message no. DNO157
Is the sateelite known in SMSY in SSM ?
Did you do a read system data in SMSY after creating the RFC's?
Is the Installation number known in SMSY ?
Did you assign a S-userthe rigths to forward messages in sap in SSM/
Lots of question but some of these migth solve youre problem ! I know i have seen both message when configuring execpt don't know a this moment what question did solve the problems.
