standard sap transaction WS20000081 not running

Hi All ,

I am configiring the leave management system(ESS) . whenever i execute the standard transaction WS20000081(create leave request) it is not running .It throws an error message that you are not the possible agents of the task .the workflow that is running behind i think is the standard WS20000081.

I had debugged the whole program but was unable to find the solution .

Please help.

Just to be clear:

1. In transaction PFTC, enter the type "Workflow template" and in Task enter 20000081;

2. Click display

3. Menu Additional Data --> Agent Assignment --> Maintain.

4. Pleace the cursor on "Leave request with HTML "(yellow line) and click Attributes. In the popup select "General Task" and enter.

5. Goto transaction SWU_OBUF and click the synchronise button (Shift F1)

6. Goto transaction SWUS and click "Refresh Organisational Environment".

Then rerun transaction.

Hi Jyothi,

Make WS20000081 a general task, refresh the buffer (SWU_OBUF) and then go to trans SWUS and click Refresh Organisational Environment and you should be OK.
