Migratoin by Recording: MM02 view Accounting not on screen

hi all,

want to make a recording on MM02 modifying fields on Accounting view.

Unfortunately the Accounting views are not int he first page of the popup so I have to scroll down.

But this scroll down is not supported by rcording.

How can I select in recording the views without scrolling down?

Thanks in advance for any suggestion.

P.S. had the Idea to delete some views, so that the accounting view will be shown on first page. However, I have no customizing authorization and cannot do it.

Hi,

It is not a good idea to delete other viewes and proceed.

Try this approach. Without doing a page , count on which row is the accounting view and put it in your recordign directly as field(N).

Thanks Guru to help me again.

However do not know how to add the

MSICHTAUSW-KZSEL(02) (may be number 10)

because I the LSMW screen I only see

+ Add SCREEN FIELD and

+Add SCREEN FIELD extended.

These do not offer me MSICHTAUSW-KZSEL(10)

How can I add the

MSICHTAUSW-KZSEL(10) ???

Come and win the last points (and by tehe way the other issue is still open. I cannot find MLAST no structure of RMDATIND.

How are you doing the recording?

Go to transaction SHDB and give a new recording name and give the transaction name, as MM02 and do the recording there. You will be able to see a detailed view of the recording there. Try this and get back to me if you are able to see the field there or not.

Also I guess you have ruled out the option of using RMDATIND as it is not having the field you want. Unfortunately I'm at home today and have no access to SAP system. So cant help you more than guiding you on what to do.

Hi Guru,

I could add the field

MSICHTAUSW-KZSEL(20)

in the recording.

But it does not work. I think the recording works only for fields that are on the screen. The problem is that we cannot scroll down...

Hi Guru,

it did not work wih recording, since I cannot craete the accounting view by RMDATIND, since MLAST ws fix "3" in Customizing.

Since I cannot create the accounting view , I cannto make a recording on MM02 and skip from Basic view to Accounting view.

I have solved the problem by changing MLAST in Customizing (fix "2") just for migration of these specific materials.
