IM Rectractor Program Position and Orders Plan data update error

Hello,

We have requirement IM - Program positions and internal orders plan data needs to be updated from BPS to ECC.

We have created plan cube same structure as 0IMFA_C03 and added some data through manual planning template

Our Planning Level contains following fields.

1. Order

2. Program position TOTAL CAPEX (Hierarchy from ECC)

3. Approval year 2007

4. Company code 1000

5. Controlling Area 1000

6. Currency

7. Currency Type 10

8. Fiscal year/period

9. Fiscal Year Variant Z1

10. Program definition IMP2

11. Req.cost canter ZRCOST05

12. Value type 20

13. Version 0.

We have created Planning function type exit and called function modules UPB_CI_PUSHBACK_MATH_IP

UPB_CI_PUSHBACK_INIT

And also created parameter group with following parameters as Note 503399.

Disp. n. mat. Prpos

Save Mat. Pr. Pos.

No Puba for progpos.

Planning Area ZPA003

Logical System FCD110

Exch.rate type X

Test Mode

When we execute the planning function data is reading from info cube successfully but not updating the ECC tables. Terminating with internal program position assignment error

Errors occurred when executing planning function ZPF00003 (Retraction of IM Data)/ZPG00003(Retract data)

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> STRATEGIC CHARACTERISTICS <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Matching takes place with the following strategic characteristics:

0CO_AREA

0COMP_CODE

0PROG_DEF

0IM_CORPOR

INTERNAL_ASSIGN_ERROR_DD03P

32 data records were read, 0 of them were changed, 0 generated

As per function module documentation I have assigned following STRATEGIC CHARACTERISTICS in transaction AIBW01

0CO_AREA

0COMP_CODE

0PROG_DEF

0IM_CORPOR.

Anybody is experienced with IM retraction Please advice

1. How to set-up this retractor correctly.

2. For our requirement what strategic characteristics assigned in AIBW01.

3. What about RFC connection ( I hope we have active source system connection between BI and ECC.

Thanks in Advance.

Regards,

RC.
