Hello All,
Our QA set up has CI (01)/SCS on one server and the DI (02) on another server. We imported a new theme from dev and added that to our custom desktop and modified the main_rules.
After this is done, we observed wierd things like if we login to 02 instance we saw that our custom desktop has two default themes with the same name!! and after a while there wasn't any default theme (no themes at all) in the desktop and just the framework page.
And when we tried to fix that, we get a "time out; please restart your application" in red text.
If we log in to 01, everything looks good. We are able to see the new theme but after a little while, we saw the same problem happening to 01 too.. so its defaulting to the sap_tradeshow them (default desktop) and clicking on "Personalize" page displays the following error

How often do CI and DI sync each other? What could be the problem?
