Unable to see the personalize link after setting it at the Masthead

Hello,

A while ago we removed the personalization link from the Masthead by selecting this option as "No" at the properties of the Masthead iView.

I would like to return it now: I have set it back to yes, changed the cache validity period of the Masthead iView to 5 seconds, cleared my browser's cache, closed all internet browsers windows yet when I login to the portal I don't see the personalize link again. Any ideas?
