Ree-post purchase order from SRM to backend

Hi,

we have purchase orders in SRM that did not replicate to backend for different reasons. From RZ20 I can ree-post these purchase orders to back end. But after a while (due to settings in CCMS) they are not logged in the RZ20 any longer, but I would still like to ree-post these PO´s to backend.

Is there some administrator transaction from where I can post PO to back end again, except for RZ20? I do know the PO number, so I just need a way to try and replicate it once again from SRM to R/3 (not from the portal or webgui!)

    Hi,

You can post it from Purchasers Role. Attach SAP_EC_BBP_PURCHASER to Your user and go to Purchase Orders\Process Purchase Orders. Find PO's with status "error in process", click on number of PO, click Change and Order.

      Hi Marcin,

as an administrator I would not really want to do changes to the PO directly --> even if its only to go into change mode and post.

But I can ask the buyer to do it. 😊

      Thanks,

    Hi Yann,

    thank you for your reply.

We run program clean_req_req up every minute.

If there where changes to the backend done, so that the PO would/should post correctly from SRM IF it would be transfered again, shouldn´t clean_req_req up find this PO automatically and either transfer it to backend or log the PO in RZ20?
