SAP GUI for Windows installs install the classic RFC library in the system directory.
Please install SAP GUI on the system where you getting this error and try again. If this does not work let me know

Hello,
That missing file is part of the SAP RFC library.
You can download it from the SAP Software Center, then put the "dll" files in the "windows\system32" directory.
