SAP GUI 7.4 PATCH 12 - BLANK ICONS

I Just purchased a new 4K laptop - dell, installed GUI, but when I launch any tcode, I am unable to see the various icons. I increased the font, but almost all the icons are blank. It's not limited to one transaction, every transaction I open. I believe it's blank when the icon is an image. I find that texts are mostly ok. Please see attached image

Can anyone help?
