Installation NW Error Kernel

Hi All

I am trying to do a install of NW7.4 EHP1. I downloaded all the software. You have entered 51050818_5 But You need label 7.41 UKERNEL . I tried finding the following kernel but dont see the file in marketplace. install-error-001.jpg and here is the software download. software-downloaded-002.jpg

So far I have not heard back. Please provide workaround.

Hi Bob,

is the issue still present? I assume the SWPM requests the kernel which is delivered for SL Toolset.

Please go to: https://support.sap.com/en/tools/software-logistics-tools.html#section_18674764 > "Download Kernel releases delivered for SL Toolset" > KERNEL FOR INSTALLATION > SWPM > SAP KERNEL 7.45 64-BIT UNICODE > INSTALLATION

Please use the latest SWPM with this kernel. This is the AKK kernel. Kernel 741 is no longer supported so I assume you are using a very old version.
