Hi,
Wondering if anyone would be able to help with this. I am trying to find out if you are able to set an output type(say for a Purchase Order) in business one as a .csv file that can be emailed to a supplier who can then import the .csv file into their SAP AIO system as an order.
I know there are a number of ways you could do this, exporting a specially modified layout as .csv or even creating a query you can export as .csv but I was wondering if there was a cleaner way of doing this?
I believe in the SAP B1 Intercompany add-on you can do similar things with output/input files but I do not want to have to initialise this.
Any help/guidance would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Hi Johan,
Many thanks for your recommendations, we were able to sort something out with csv outputs.
Thanks

Hi Ryan,
Short of an addon or third party software, saving a query result as .csv is going to be the easiest and cheapest.
I am not sure if it would work, but to mind comes the following solution:
