product and BP

Hi experts,

Pls tell me how do I assign specific products to specifit BPs.

Say company has 100 products, but company wants to sell only 20 products to certain BPs. Means whenevre BP enters in portal he should be able to see those 20 products only.

Useful answers will be rewarded

regards

Kushal

    Hi Kushal,

For the given scenario if at all you have got R/3 Backend system. Then you need to maintain Listing/Exclusion configurations in R/3.

Where in you need to maintain Listing according to sales area to particular customer master records with the combination of Customer material or Sales area/ Customer/Material in R/3.

After maintaining the same you have to transfer those customizing objects thru Delta download from R/3 to CRM.

Then when ever the person logs in to EP he can able to see only Listed Products that you have assigned in R/3.

    R/3 Path :SAP menu-Logistics-SD-Master Data-Products-Listing/Exclusion-Create.(VB01)

Hope this will suits your requirement.

    Best Regards,

    Johnny.

    Hi Kaushal,

You can achieve the same using PPR (Product Partner Range).

You can create your own PPR types and create PPRs which will ensure that a particaular combination of Product & BP is not used in any business transaction.
