Survey related questions

Hi Experts,

I have following requirements / Issues on Survey in SAP CRM 7.0 (On Premise):

1. I am facing issue while generating URL in survey. "In CRM Survey Tool - Generate URL"; I am not getting any value in 'Get File' drop-down.
2. I am not getting Survey/Questionnaire in interaction record screen. I have selected correct application area 'Activity'. I am able to view in Service Request.
3. How we can set expiry of survey link (url) which is sent to customer via e-mail.
4. If customer fills survey online, after submitting the survey, how SAP CRM will receive the response/score of the survey.
5. For above case (point 4), if survey mailer is required, please share your thoughts on survey mailer and its setting.
6. SAP standard report to analyse or view the survey result / score?
