Dear experts,
I want to create an incident ticket using the Fiori application. Only one transaction type is assigned to the user. How can I make the application jump directly into the ticket creation, without choosing the transaction type?

Make sure the user has PFCG roles/authorisation to the transaction type.
Go to Transaction code --> DNO_CUST04
In the parameter PROCESS_TYPE, make sure to give the same transaction type.
Remove all entries with parameter PROCESS_TYPE_ADD.
This will solve your concern.
