Incident creation in 7.2 SPS 4: How to create a ticket without choosing the transaction type

Dear experts,

I want to create an incident ticket using the Fiori application. Only one transaction type is assigned to the user. How can I make the application jump directly into the ticket creation, without choosing the transaction type?
