Not getting picture from portal in WWI report

Hello experts,

I am facing issue, whenever trying to generate report from potal all relevant pictures are not visable in that report but the same report we can generate from ECC system as well and there is no error related to picture & format.

I have already upgraded WWI Tools from SP17 to SP44 at frontend system but still the same issue.

I would appropriate your effort if we could have the fix of this issue on priority.

Hallo Vivek

1.) please describe in more details: what is tthe meaning of "portal" in your area (the term has many meanings)

2.) It can be assume that you are using the "wrong" landscape (with somne set up issues). But to answer this: We need more input for the term "portal" ? Is this "WebDynpro ? BSP Pages? What solution do we talk about?
