Hi,
LP01 (the default SPAD printer available in every ABAP system) does not have a device type suitable for multi-language (or Unicode) support. You need to use a printer which uses device type SWINCF or PDFUC for being able to have true Unicode support in PDF.

Also the Specific printer should have the Unicode font installed , in this case Sinhalese ,
check the below on installing the font.
