Purchase Order from SRM

I want to create A Purchase Order as a follow on document, however I receive message returned by BAPI_PO_CREATE1 to SRM that user (a various one) is currently editing a PR, we went to ME52N but nobody edits that exact PR but in SM12 we see that this user is editing other Purchase Requesition.

What is more apart from that message we receive message: Purchase Order 44****** is created, while no such PO is actually created in SAP ECC.

Does anyone has idea about that issue? It seems like there is a check on EBAN table, not exct PR number, and second issue - why PO number is given after an error message, it misleads users, who complaint that such Purchase Orders do not exist

Hi,

I understand that when you have tried to create the PO it says that PO created that means it have consumed the number range but the Po is not created

but if you give the screenshot , I can give you more details

Secondly some one has edited the Pr the ECC system will not be allow you to create the PO, so first things remove the entry from SM12
