step by step procedure to configure REST receiver Channel in PI 7.31

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement like SAP ECC to SP(SharePoint) integration via PI. SAP sends an IDOC-XML/Proxy-XML, then PI can send the xml message to SP using receiver REST Adapter channel.

i have built a dummy scenario IDoc-->PI-->REST and tested but got the below error.

Error: Delivery of the message to the application using connection REST_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: com.sap.aii.adapter.rest.ejb.common.exception.HttpCallException: HTTP POST call to https:xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx/Exchange%20rates%20feed%20to%20SharePoint/ not successful. HTTP/1.1 403 FORBIDDEN.

I have tested the URL in browser and able to connect SP by providing the credential. I have mentioned the same credentials in channel configuration.

Below is my Receiver REST channel configuration. can you please check and guide me to resolve the issue.

Hi ,

403 seems like a username password issue.

Also is it possible for you to share the ESR configs. I am really sorry I am trying to do the same thing, but I am stuck in ESR

Have you tried by unchecking from "Strip Operation from Message(Outer Element) in Data format tab?
