I need to Migrate several Accounts with main address that is not a Bill-To Address. The result is that the Bill-To is automatically checked. Only by adding a second address I’m able to change the Bill-To field of the Main Address.

Sorry your requirement is not clear. Where you need to migrate ? Where the result is automatically checked. You need to rephrase your post.
In Customers - Account - Addresses - Ship to / Bill To
Is it Possible to have only one Address Main and the Bill to with No option?
