LSMW - uploading the GL Balances

Hi Gurus,

I want to upload the balances of GL accounts I tried to upload thru LSMW. I have taken the transaction code F-02 for recording,in the Maintain Source Field step for the first line item I have given the posting key and account number but for the second line item the posting key and account number fields system is not accepting and giving a message that the field is already in use , is there any other way toupload the GL balances .

I tried the transaction code FB50 also in Transaction FB50 no problem with fields it is working fine. I am facing the poblem in data conversion system is not converting the second line item data, for all the line items system is taking first line item data and populating the same data in all line items.

is there any other way to upload the balances ?

Hi,

A Transfer_Record command is probably missing between the first and second line items.

in recording second line item also recording fine but while conversin of data it is not recognising second line item it is convering only first line item

The recording will be a single record, you need to modify it in LSMW so that you have the following layout:-

Fields for line 1

Transfer_record

Fields for line 2

Transfer_Record

Transfer_Transaction

I created a recording for FB60 where the first line i had WRBTR and HKONT

and second has to be WRBTR_01 and HKONT_01
