unable to launch "shop" "check status" etc after upgrade to SRM 5.0

We have upgraded from EBP 2.0C to SRM 5.0 . We are able to logon to SRM 5.0 system through the Internet browser via the URL .http://<host>:<port>/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpstart/!?sap-client=XXX&sap-language=EN. But when we choose “Shop” or “Check Status” or any other option on the initial screen of the BBPSTART, the respective transaction like BBPSC02 or BBPSC04 or any other transactions are not getting launched properly,The Internet browser screen gives error “Page cannot be displayed, cannot find server or DNS error” .If anyone has any idea please let me know asap.
